What age groups do you serve?
We have programs for all age groups! Our offerings include Tiny Taekwondo Titans for kids (4-6 years), Junior Taekwondo Warriors for youth (7-12 years), and Elite Taekwondo Masters for adults (13+ years). We also provide programs like Yoga, Pilates, and Self-Defense workshops tailored for adults and seniors.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our trainers will guide you based on your individual goals and experience level, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported.
What should I wear to class?
For fitness and martial arts classes, comfortable athletic wear and non-slip shoes are ideal. For activities like Yoga and Pilates, we recommend clothing that allows freedom of movement, as well as bringing your own mat if possible (we do provide mats, too).
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer ample parking space for our clients. There’s also access to changing rooms and common areas to make your visit more convenient.
